Hi I’m Vic and and I can happily say I love what I do. I’m a qualified personal trainer for the last three years who specialises in strength training, I am also qualified in kettlebell, spin, circuit and TRX instructor.

I’ve completed exercise referral so I work with people that suffer with chronic physical or mental condition or illness to help them safely enjoy training and life outside of the gym.

I’m on a mission to show everyone, that to look and feel your best you don’t need endless cardio or restrictive diets.

I offer 1-1, pairs or small group sessions, nutrition and macro guidance, online coaching with workout programmes, online checkins and support.
